A dream turned into a reality.
Our story
Since high school, I’ve always had a strong urge to create. I explored many artistic outlets — drawing, cooking, knitting, ceramics, and so many other creative journeys. But there was one passion I always found myself coming back to: baking.
I’ll be honest — I wasn’t always the best baker. There was so much for me to learn and discover. I hoped culinary school would help expand my creativity and skills, and while it gave me a solid foundation, I quickly realized that working in the industry was what truly pushed me to grow. Through every job experience, I improved rapidly and learned more than I ever imagined.
Those experiences shaped me into the baker I am today, and I’m incredibly grateful for that journey. My specialty is creating Asian-inspired desserts that are light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. My cake sponges are very different from traditional American-style cakes — softer, airier, and more delicate in texture. My frostings are light and balanced rather than heavy or overly sugary. I also love creating unique Asian-inspired flavors while still offering classic desserts that bring a sense of comfort and nostalgia.
I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and refining my craft. My goal is to create desserts that not only look beautiful and aesthetic, but also bring joy with every bite.
